XPS M1330 CPU内存最大到一半

一开始短路，检测发现C10坏，拆下之后可以正常开机进系统，功能口都很长，就是运行慢。任务管理器查看发现CPU和内存只能运行到一半，更新过BIOS，试装过XP WIN732\64,WIN1032 64,都是一样CPU和内存只能运行到一半。 BIOS刷了官网提取的A03和论坛显卡版本（https://www.chinafix.com/thread-966907-1-1.html），测量CPU电压也有1.2V ，求维修思路！
