Dell G15 5511LA-K452P Rev 1.0 blinking 1 orange 5 white, i-Fuse failure ?

This board came for repair, the owner said it was working ok but he decided to repaste the CPU & GPU and it stopped working after repasting, he said he tried flashing the bios but after inspecting the board I've found that he missed with the main bios UH2, and UEL2 & UT3 too..


I've found that +1.8VALWP on PL1801 = 0v due to the lack of SIO_SLP_SUS# signal = 0v, under the microscope I've found that the crystal oscillator YH1 got damaged while removing the heatsink, replaced it and the generation started, SIO_SLP_SUS# rises and +1.8VALWP on PL1801 = 1.7v, all other voltages appeared except CPU vcore = 0v, the LED blinks 1 orange 5 white, I've found that IMVP_VR_ON = 0v, no vcore enable signal coming from the EC, I've flashed a clean main bios UH2 and UEL2 & UT3 from the forums but the symptoms didn't change, I tried several bios but all had the same symptoms..


I've assembled original factory bios from the update based on version 1.44 and the symptoms are still the same..


Inspected the board several times under the microscope and didn't find any other damaged or missing component, according to the power sequence in the schematics, the EC should rise IMVP_VR_ON after receiving ALL_SYS_PWRGD signal right? ALL_SYS_PWRGD = 3.2v


According to dell, blinking code 1 orange 5 white indicates an Embedded Controller (EC) i-Fuse failure (or an EC-related power/fuse issue on the mainboard), what does it mean? where to look at ? please help
