please help fix UUID error, rfid for Lenovo thinkpad E460 NM A511 rev 1.0

I have a computer thinkpad E460 NM A551 rev 1.0 i5 6200U .
I replaced the IO IT8586E and saved the IO ec rom. Maybe the copy I saved has errors because when I write the ec rom to the new IO, when I start the machine, it gives an error UUID invalid , RFID invalid .
I've tried looking for other bios, ec roms but nothing changed. In the bios setup the MTM sections, system unit serial number , system board serial number is invalid , the UUID line is FFFFF...

I used the IBM thinkpad Maintenance Diskette 1.9 tool to record the MTM , serial unit , serial board . Everything is OK . Only the UUID doesn't change, even when I go to the assign UUID section of the IBM Maintenance Diskette tool.
now every time i install windows i get error 0189 Invalid RFID configuration information area , and invalid UUID and I have to press ESC to enter windows .
Does anyone know how to recover the UUID ? I don't quite understand because if the HP computer after recording the serial, the UUID will appear again by itself. As for Lenovo, I don't quite understand its UUID .

thank you, I have downloaded and followed your instructions link but everything is the same, error code 2201 UUID and error code 0189 RFID still appear every time I install windows. I think there is something wrong with the RFID error but I really don't understand, I have updated the bios update downloaded from Lenovo support but nothing changed.

the bug was fixed 2 days ago , i used the tool HDM version 2.06 , boot only uefi , and easily rewrote the serial , model and regenerated UUID .

my error fixed with tool HDM version 2.06 , boot with UEFI .
