AsRock Z77 Pro3 DPWROK signal problem

Hi
No problem with the visually on the motherboard and no liquid contact

no start on motherboard. standby voltages OK.

I found a strange problem. No reaction when starting motherboard
But when this signal (DPWROK pull-down) shifts to ground, the motherboard starts
RSMRST# +3.3 ok
DPWROK +3.3 ok
Could there be a chipset problem?
