hello check the following
1) kbc controller and also keyboard connector trace all tracks to the kbc
2) resistor network 10k or 4.7k voltages should be same at all nodes no varitions
3)capacitors for emi parallel to kbc signal to gnd will be 8pcs of .1mfd
4) last trace signal ldreq,Lframe,lad0,lad1,lad2 from southbridge to kbc
