mbx 224 not power on

Recently i got an issue on my Sony laptop MBX-224. when i press the power button that led getting lighted and getting off with in 5 sec .. i blow the GPU and i cleaned the Motherboard ... but still the issue ... is it a bios issue ... can anyone help me ...
