Toshiba L500 la-5322p HDD not detecting

customer came this morning with Toshiba l500. Harddisk not detecting.

Checkedcd drive it's led lighten but try not ejecting suspect voltage drop.

Dissembledand checked voltage which is 3.3v and 5v

3.3vok but only 3v on +5vs rail.

Onq30 +5valw ok and 5v on gate but only 3v on source

Triedchange mosfet and got +5vs on source checked with hdd it was ok
