内存不过，供电正常，复位正常

7520，6300芯片组，用的是MT47H的128M内存颗粒，
用 Phoenix的80卡，仿真时跑到如下 F3 处
。。。。。。

供电和复位信号都正常，就是过不去，请问各位这是什么问题？还是本来不是内存的问题？
