张老师貌似提到过http://www.chinafix.com/thread-32951-1-1.html
No documentation is available for the 47M997, but it has the same device
ID as the 47M15x and 47M192 chips and seems to be compatible.
这个是没有datasheet的，但似乎与47M15x 和 47M192 兼容
