IRF 630 是三极管吗?

场管吧?我测是这样用表笔先把三脚短路一下,再把有字的面向着自己黑表笔接最右边的脚用红表笔去测另两只脚,先测中间阻值应该是无穷大,再测最左边的,阻值无穷大,再回过来测中间那只脚就会有阻值在600左右
