Hi friends, sorry for my poor english and i don't speak Chinese language. I am download this software

(i am noob and i don't understand purpose yet) but if i start the exe all writings looks ???? marks.Can anyone translate the attached screenshot with button numbers in picture. Software also in the attached.

(i don't know maybe it is fake) but if i load bootloader on device ,its stuck pid 2727 bootloader mode, official tools or uvision not make automatic firmware update.Help please, my purpose only able to use ul2_configure.exe but if i load firmware manually its says "ulink loader not found"

I am use online Optical character recognition OCR site and translate the bing translator

1=Initial value   
2=Expected value
3=Calculated value      
4=Times/sec
5=Single dose calculation   
6=Increment calculation
7=Cancel
are they right? I ask because picture is publishers, not mine( i am only give the red numbers in paint). If i start the exe in my computer program characters look all ?????? marks because my computers installing language localization   different.
