I have DELL 1510 LA-4121P which is no power. Bothe 5v and 3.3v is OK but Supply on power on switch is 17v.
I have changed I/O controller and also reprogrammed bios but still same problem.
I can't find from where power on volt (17v) is coming which should be something 3.3v.
Masters are requested to share the solution.
