戴尔M9开机报警提示按F1关机

一台戴尔M90的机子，插上电池就电池报警【warning:the battery attached can not power the system.
the system will not boot with this battery plugged in.
press F1 to shutdown the system】，提示按F1关机。插电源就电源报警【warning: a 90w ac power abapter has been detected. the system can only boot winth a 130 w power abapter or greater. strike the f1 key to shutdown2 】，提示按F1关机。
有没有那位高手修过这样的机子，现在不知道怎么样下手了
