Dell 15R 5537 (LA-9981P) No power

Hi all,
I have dell 5537 la-9981p which have no power problem and B+ supply is 0.83V.
There is no B+ supply generating from PU701 BQ717. I have replaced BQ717 but still there is no change in situation.
Here is supply of BQ717.
PIN 4 ACDRV = 19V
PIN 6 ACDET = 2.5V
PIN 5 AC OK = 3.5V
PIN 20 VCC = 19V.
B+ SUPPPLY is only 0.83V.
kindly help me to solve the problem.

this is computer drawing.
you should check B+ is short circuit?
If not change ,please refer drawing check work sequence.
check ACIN and related devices.like bq717 and C or R
I hope you can repair the conputer! come on friend.

There is no sorting. laptop is working on Battery. If charger is connected with battery it shows charging but battery is draining instead of charging.

Thanks for reply but There was problem in the VIN mosfet. My problem has been solved after replacing the mosfet.
