Inventec portland 10\10G is 945GM chipset with ICS9LPRS316

Fujitsu P7230 (=Fujitsu "MISTLETOE"). has 945GMS (Ultra Low Voltage) chipset and ICS9LPR311.

Those boards has nothing in common,not even one part is same, different power supplies, different KBC, different clock, different CPU....etc.
