I was in SEG plaza last year but couldn't find any sellers of BGA chips not new not even refurbished.

Taobao I know. But taobao is unusable for western people.

I also test and measure chips before buying ( Measure the electrical resistance and capacity of power lines on the chip). So I need to see the chip physically.

I have seen there are other buildings around SEG plaza - maybe the chip market is in some other buildings nearby.

If someone knows I need an address or building name in Chinese.

中国基本卖芯片市场都在深圳，深圳电子行业发达，而且有出口岸，采购IC有渠道拿到货，广州基本是一个销售市场，在赛格市场很少见到卖主板，笔记本用的芯片

你想买全新原装CHIPS吧，这样不如去台湾新竹，韩国，香港也有很多电子贸易公司，起码香港没有关税。
