I like kingbo for cleaning BGAs and some soldering. i use room evacuation of fumes.

Kingbo may work well, but it is a no brand flux made in China by a no name company.

There is no manufacture website or data sheet on it. It is a mystery on what it contains and what the effect on you are.

ALL KINGBO is FAKE.

说是三无产品，不知道什么公司生产，也查不到数据表说明书，也不知道里面是什么材料，一切都是谜，全部来自中国，我买了一罐，基地的淘宝店买的，量了下 3M电阻，自己使用不错，但不知道会不会日后漏电会不段增加？
