先在桌面新建一个TXT文档格式的文件，复制下面字符

del /f /s /q %windir%\prefetch\*.*
rd /s /q %windir%\temp & md %windir%\temp
del /f /q %userprofile%\cookies\*.*
del /f /q %userprofile%\recent\*.*
del /f /s /q "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\*.*"
del /f /s /q "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Temp\*.*"

echo 清除系统LJ完成！
echo. & pause
粘贴进TXT文件里保存一下，再把格式结尾改成 .bat    就可以了，感觉有点卡就双击打开运行一下就可以了。

最好不用这个,会把临时文件删除不方便

最好不要用傻瓜清理软件~~~~~~~~·自己手动清理才是正途~~~~~~~~~~~·
