标题: HP Pavilion dv2000 laptop with a dim display
hello
I have a HP Pavilion dv2000 laptop with a dim display. Normally this problem is cause by bad back light or lcd inverter. I have replace both the whole lcd panel & inverter and still have the same dim display. I also went ahead and replace the video ribbon cable also but still have the same problem. Any suggestion on what else i can try? Thanks.

应该是高压条没正常工作吧，既然你换过屏线跟高压条，那应该是3.3V的开启信号没发送过来，直接从屏接口附近飞个3.3V到开启信号脚试下··

能确定是暗屏吗，如果是黑屏，那应当是显卡，，

楼主是外国朋友不成，你说的是暗屏吧，高压条的开启信号查过没有，这机子显卡通病，修到过显卡造成暗屏的。。。

暗屏的话就看看是不是高压条、灯管或是开启信号的问题了!'当然也不排除显卡

我已经更换屏幕，整个液晶面板及逆变器，仍然有相同的
是主板问题

Dark screen still another possibility is that the motherboard to control the dimming filter capacitor voltage is pulled down. Look again at the control circuit.

my dv2000 is intel vga the problem is 5v on off no start the inverter help please

that problem is the brightness no brightness on screen no 5v
