这种显存的引脚在外,短路数据位或控制位,人为制造故障(对照这种显存的脚位图)。再用软件检测一下看结果有无变化,就能判断出显存的排列。再量他们的对地电阻就知道是显存还是核心的问题了。

对照这种TSOP显存的脚位图,LDM是0-7低位数据控制,第20脚,UDM是8-15高位控制,第47脚。所谓高位低位是针对芯片来讲的,一个显存16位数据位。量它们的对地阻值,和其他好的芯片对比。作者: 365672465 时间: 2011-3-3 10:50
