没有视频初始化.
所有电压存在
CPU_CORE=1,0 V
全部结晶的工作，只有0,4南桥水晶五。是正确的？

通电后电流是0.34A和无RAM模块。
引脚13（U8的，PLTRST＃）状态上电后3,3五。
CPU复位没有一个没有boardview测试蓬。
Current after power is 0.34A with and without RAM module.
Pin 13 (U8, PLTRST#) status is 3,3V after power on.
CPU reset do not have a test pont without boardview.

After I read your discription of the symptoms,The power sequence steps had compeleted the PLTRST#, next step is CPURST#(H_RST#)-->ADS#-->NB-->SB-->BIOS,READ RAM data,
you had checked Pin 13 (U8, PLTRST#) status is 3,3V after power on,
now you need to check CPURST# or bios CS#,you can find the fault point.
I guess the problem should be locked in NB chip or bios programs.

从电流看，应该是缺电压，先把缺的电压修出来。

CS# (U10, Pin 1)= 0V ~ 2,8V OFF status - 1,1V ON status
CS# OFF
CS# ON

CS# ON WAVE is normal,check the memory wave,if memory wave is normal.the problem lock in bios program,you must flash bios!
