哈斯(HAAS)伺服驱动器维修
今接修哈斯(HAAS)数控车床运行时报下面的故障:
102 servos off
Indicates that the servo motors are off, the tool changer is disabled, the coolant
pump is off,and the spindle motor is stopped. Caused by EMERGENCY STOP,motor fault ,or power failure.
163 Z Achinafix DRIVE FAULT
Current in Z servo motor beyound limit. Possibly caused by a stalled or overloaded
motor.The servos are turned off. This can be caused by running a short distance
into a mechanical stop.It can also be caused by a short in the lead to ground.
ALARM VIEWER:
105 Z SERVO ERROR TOO LARGE
Too much load or speed on Z-achinafix motor. The difference between the motor position
and the commanded position has exceeded a parameter. The motor may also be
stalled, disconnected,or the driver failed. The servos will be turned off and a
RESET must be done to restart. This alarm can be caused by problems with the
driver, motor, or the slide being run into the mechanical stops.
经客户更换Z轴的伺服放大器后故障排除,伺服放大器交于我公司维修。经粗步检查,该驱动器难度并不大,可是经过几次维修后上机试机依然故障,此时客户告知,这种型号的伺服驱动器交过很多专业维修公司,修复率都低的可怜,建议我们放弃。可是这东西看来看去不象是高难度的东西,为什么都那么难修呢?为了将该驱动器修复,我们特意绘制了该驱动器的原理图,经过原理分析,发现该驱动器因为运放使用的过多,且环路较大,大部分电路工作于模拟状态,造成任何一个地方工作点失调均造成故障报警,且欧美人的设计思路跟国内的差异还是很大,这是维修的难点所在。
经过对原理图的理解,掌握了各关键点的工作状态、波形及电压,终于彻底的将该驱动器修复了,客户这次才将其积压的8个该款驱动交于我公司维修,由于有了原理图及关键点波形,不出两天将这些驱动器全部修好了。
