There was no light light on screen, but you could see dark picture in the background. I connected another lcd screen and it was working fine. I took out good CCFL lamp from broken LCD display (same size, but different manufacturer). It took a long time to carefully dissasemble LCD screen, clean the broken glass particles and reassemble everything back. I was realy happy to see that everything is working fine when I put it back together .
