标题: Dell Inspiron 5000e
When power is turned on, small fan starts turning and the noise is heard from speakers. After a few seconds fan stops and starts over again. No picture in the display or external monitor. 5V, 3.3V and CPU voltage also keep turning off and on.
Any ideas?

当电源开启，开始把小风扇，噪音是从扬声器听到。经过几秒钟风扇停止并重新启动。没有任何外部监视器显示或图片。 5V，3.3V和CPU的电压也保持关闭和。
任何想法？

呵呵，修电脑+学英语=两不误！我也学一下：开启电源，可听到风扇转动的噪音，几秒后停止又重启，5V、3.3V和CPU供电也是反复断断续续（开开关关）。哪位高手来个较好的翻译给我们也提高一下！？

按下电源开关，小风扇转动，（那个笔记本好像除了cpu风扇，还有一个辅助小风扇的。）有报警的声音，几秒钟后风扇停转，然后又启动。屏无显示，外界显示器也不显示。5V、3.3V和CPU供电也是反复重启。请问是什么问题？  （水平有限，各位将就）

应该是没跑过内存引起的  报警应该是报内存

It do not detect the memory. maybe the memory or Northbridge  or memory slot  bad.
