i repaired the hp 6710 the problem was with the charging ic bq24703 and the kbc1070-nu was chort also. now there is power and everything ok.
but the dell b130 come on for a while and goes off in 3 seconds .i changed the cpu core and also the south bridge the resisteance of northbridge seems ok also voltage any idea on this

the dell dk1 board the moment i switch on the power comes on and goes off in 5second the voltages are all normal except the std voltage 3 and 5 come after we switch on laptop.

意思大致如下：
1，HP 6710的充电芯片bq24703与KBC 1070-nu 都有短路，已经修复，现在上电正常，但是DELL B130（这个是什么芯片？）开始工作以后3秒内就自动关闭了。我更换了CPU核心供电芯片和南桥。。。北桥的阻值和电压看来似乎都正常。
