故障现象：1 有时正常亮机，亮机时开机LOGO是集中在屏幕中间的。
2 不正常时LOGO会铺满整个屏幕，并且会比正常暗一些，然后有如下提示：蓝底白字：“insert smart card into reader"，过十几秒出现第二个提示：“smart card not present shutting down"，也是蓝底白字，过几秒钟出现第三个提示，是黑底白字，“windows nt has found only ok of low memory. 512kof low memoryis required to run windows nt. youmay need to upgrade your computer run a configuration program provided by the maunfacturer."，然后就一直停在这里
3 提示要管理员密码。重启一两次后就不会出现了

smart card not present shutting down：智能卡不存在，正在关闭。
