不用编程器抓芯片的情况下，我用Intel ME System Tools v10.0 r8备份，提示error103 是需要把什么内容加入到fparts.txt中吗？

请教，yoga3 14的这几项要填啥
Description of fields:
;  1) Display name
;  2) Device ID (2 or 3 bytes)
;  3) Device Size (in bits)
;  4) Block Erase Size (in bytes - 256, 4K, 64K)
;  5) Block Erase Command
;  6) Write Granularity (1 or 64)
;  7) Enable Write Status Register Command (1- True, 0- False)

是通过fptw64.exe -i 查吗？但似乎只能查到
;  1) Display name
;  2) Device ID (2 or 3 bytes)其余信息怎么确认，目前卡在103上
