Solution for the MAX8734A problem:
When notebook (spilled by wine) came to repair shop, ther was only blinking light on power LED, and it was red instead of blue. Circuit around MAX8734A did not provide +5V and + 3.3V. After cleaning cleaning circuit from oxidation, I noticed that signal from LM393, that is supposed to start MAX3784A is not arriving. I first replaced LM393 (PU1), but nothing happend. I analyzed LM393 Inputs and found out that 10k resistor on PIN1 leadding to PIN8 is bad. I added another resistor and MAX8734A started to work.

I try to use drawing of Toshiba A200 which is in some areas similar to P200. I found out that supply voltage +3.3V is missing on PU11 (ISL6262). I don't have +3VS, only +3VALW. I noticed that I need SUSP coming from ISL6227 PIN21 and I guess that I need SYSON as input of ISL6227 PIN8.
Anyway, in case of A200 SYSON is generated by KBD controler chip which on P200 does not exsist. So, I guess that SYSON should be generated by ICH-7.

In my previous post I had two bad assumptions.
1. Chip ISL 6267 is not producing SUSP signal on PIN21. PIN 21 is also input.
2. I could not find Keyboard Controller Chip. I thought that ICH7 is also acting to control power.
But, when I saw diagram, there was a big Keyboard controler chip KB910QF.
And I found it. It was very well hidden under PCMCIA socket.
There is a lot of oxidation around KB910QF, and I will try to clean it.
