标题: 风扇坏了吗？

HP惠普 Eliteone 800 G1 开机显示：

“512-rear chassis fan not detected”

“511-cpu fan not detected”

CPU很烫，散热器上两个风扇都不转。拆下在红（+）线黑(—)接12V，不转或转一下就停，风扇坏了吗？

机箱风扇和CPU风扇都没有检测到。
