new generation processors are slightly different
This waveform seems normal to me.
The output waveform from the upper and lower mosfets is the pwm signal.
the coil then charges and the filters voltage. If you measure the output signal of the coil you will see a flat signal.
If a process goes in the system in new generation processors, pwm usually generates voltage to it.
sometimes there is a very low voltage in the coil. millivoltage (for cpu core)
