The HP All-in-One-20-c020il has a slow startup problem.
I want to write a new BIOS file.
I have the serial number and download the IT BIOS file from HP sp98347.EXE
I extracted it via WINRAR.
I have 081BAF48.EXE
But does not work in WIN7 32-bit,
I still use 7ZIP.
After i solved the problem
I found that HPWinGUI.exe was not downloaded, but after finishing downloading AMIUCP.EXE and extracting the files, all were written and resolved in one system.
Keep in mind that new deleted files are sometimes only included in the main BIOS file.
Older versions have EC BIOS and master file insertion capabilities.
