gts450 显卡开机后，电感啸叫，几秒后自动关机，但按电源按钮可以重新开机。
处理步骤
1 检测所有mos，没有发现短路
2 检查主要电压对地阻值，没有短路
3 检查电路6pin线是给显存供电用的，断开后，再试，故障依旧
3 分析故障，电感啸叫，说明pwm频率不对，pwm 主芯片是up6210 ， 3脚 是 Operation Frequency Setting. Connecting a resistor between this pin and GND to set theoperation frequency. Pull this pin to ground to shut down the uP6210. 检查外接电阻无异常。
4 直接更换up6210 ，故障修复
