files with .EXE or .BIN extension are not allowed to upload in this forum.
you'd better rename them first, or compressed into a .RAR or .ZIP file, then try again.

at your usergroup level, only file extension below can be upload:
chm, rm, doc, 7z, pdf, zip, rar, tar, gz, bzip2, jpg, jpeg, png, gif
allso, the size of your uploaded file has limitations, as follow:
