标题: dell inspiron 3521 not on
i changed 3v 5v ic same.. now board getting on but if i shutdown power indication two lights blinking continuously.. what should i change now.. i thougt its intel issue.. pls help me resolve

as far as Im concerned,i dont think the problem is 3.5v ic,maybe its the windows (system ),and the drive.u should start with the easy one

redo a windows first ,then we do the ic part

a lot of windows 10 has the same problem (blink lights)
