I have dell 5537 la-9981p which have no power problem and B+ supply is 0.83V.
There is no B+ supply generating from PU701 BQ717. I have replaced BQ717 but still there is no change in situation.
Here is supply of BQ717.
PIN 4 ACDRV = 19V
PIN 6 ACDET = 2.5V
PIN 5 AC OK = 3.5V
PIN 20 VCC = 19V.
B+ SUPPPLY is only 0.83V.
kindly help me to solve the problem.

this is computer drawing.
you should check B+ is short circuit?
If not change ,please refer drawing check work sequence.
check ACIN and related devices.like bq717 and C or R

引脚4 19v ACDRV =
6 = 2.5v ACDET销
引脚5交流好= 3.5v
20引脚VCC = 19v。
B +供应量只有0.83v。

There is no sorting. laptop is working on Battery. If charger is connected with battery it shows charging but battery is draining instead of charging. 作者: atree2012 时间: 2016-11-23 14:05
