东芝223报故障代码c97

客户的一台东芝223复印机，用有二年多了。前段时间过去换粉发现小扳手灯亮，能打印也没在意。没几天客户就致电说不工作了，我刚好就在附近，过去用08开机进251将计数器清零，测试正常收工。
     一周后客户又致电，小扳手闪，不工作。我让客户c8查故障代码c97。这个机器是我供给客户的，平时理光的机器修得多，也修得很上手，东芝的机器真得没怎么修过。客户报c97故障代码，我一时真没弄清楚代码含义。于是萌生拉机器的念头。我说机器使用二年多必须进行一次彻底维护，客户接受了我的建议，一时有点小激动，呵呵。我要求送修，客户要我去拉机器。最后一顿发嗲，没办法的事儿，女人面前大抵都这样吧。过去拉机器时模拟了一下故障，开机自检正常，小扳手不亮，摁复印，有动作但小扳手随即闪，查故障代码确实是c97。客户有十几年的复印机使用操作经验，可以说在使用上比我专业多了。描述故障还是很贴切的。这也更坚定我拉机器不现场维修出糗。从三楼抬这个庞然大物，仿佛穿越到母系氏族，累得只剩下一脸幸福的笑容。
     最搞笑的事情发生了，机器拉回来加电，故障消失了，一切正常。反复模拟都没有再出相同故障，我累个去啊……纠结。查故障代码也没查到c97，QQ求助曲老师，给了个方向。“清洁下转印 ，把后壳上的散热风扇接好”。

    如图，先断开转印组件后面风扇。加电复印正常。看来和风扇没关系。摘掉转印组件清理，这个没有拍。 用表测转印电极丝，发现其中下面一根表面氧化厉害，在洗板水中浸泡两天表面还是阻抗过大，晕呢。想换件没找到，最后还是看帖跟高人学着用镊子刮了几遍勉强能用 。
    只要你在这块混，总会遇上不熟习的机型。只有见得多，才能识得广。

      接上帖，故障排除后没有及时送机，原因是连日来的绵绵秋雨。客户说不急，那就放着吧，顺便猛印了一打自己的身份证，还不忘在门上帖个复印招牌，呵呵。可惜下雨天，白瞎了。
      今天有个姐们儿过来看到机器，说有很多资料需要复印。然后就一猛子扎回去拿了一本资料，还带了很多a4纸。杯具来临，c97故障复现了，丢人呐……
      看到鼓芯上有墨，不充电呐:
      原理：复印机先给（主充）感光鼓充上一个-400V的电压，在激光器曝光后，有字的地方的电荷被中和了，而无字的地方还存在-400的电势，而显影偏压也是-400V。也就是说如果硒鼓没有充电，就会与显影器之间存在的400V的电势差，那么就会将磁辊上的碳粉吸附过来。
分析：出现C97后，打开侧门看看感光器上是不是全黑，如果是那肯定是没有充电。如果不是那就是转印漏电。
办法：一般高压板的故障还是偏低的，主要还是充电漏电（特别是南方气候比较潮湿），先用酒精清洗充电组件，然后再用电吹风将其吹干净。

主充的清洁装置（就是绿色小杆可以来回抽到的那部分）拆下来不用

确实是清洁杆引起的漏电，报c97

充电葬了，要不就是潮湿了，一般我们会和客户说更换充电阑珊，然后回来拿酒精清理干净晾干在换回去

修过到现在没有出故障，应该就是它引起漏电报错。
